Chelsea<\/b><\/a> forwards Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro swapped the football pitch for the movie set as they made a surprise appearance in a promotional film for pop star Madonna’s new album.<\/b><\/p>\n Palmer and Joao Pedro, who were left out of the England and Brazil World Cup squads respectively, are among the high-profile names included in Confessions II – The Film.<\/p>\n The 14-minute video was unveiled by Madonna at the Tribeca Festival in New York on Friday and uploaded to her YouTube channel on Monday.<\/p>\n Palmer and Joao Pedro appear about six minutes into the video when they are approached by Madonna while at a urinal.<\/p>\n Award-winning British actor Benedict Cumberbatch features later in the film.<\/p>\n Palmer missed out on England’s 26-man squad for the World Cup in the US, Canada and Mexico after a season affected by injuries.<\/p>\n Joao Pedro was overlooked by Brazil despite scoring 20 goals in all competitions in his first season at Chelsea<\/a>.<\/p>\n Seven-time Grammy winner Madonna is a regular watcher of Chelsea<\/a>‘s men’s and women’s teams and was at Stamford Bridge in October when the men’s side beat Liverpool<\/a> 2-1 in the Premier League.<\/p>\n
