a start for former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey.
Partey, who now plays for Villarreal in Spain, has pleaded not guilty to
seven charges of rape and one count of sexual assault relating to allegations
by four different women between 2020 and 2022. He is due to stand trial next
year.
Elsewhere in tonight’s Ghana line-up, Leicester City’s
former Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew leads the line as captain.
But Manchester City’s Antoine Semenyo has to make do with a
place on the bench.
